1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NelaZo website, survey, or advisory services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
NelaZo, Inc. ("NelaZo," "we," "us") provides property search, verification, advisory, and related support services to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and globally mobile Indian investors seeking to buy property in India. NelaZo connects users with independent third-party partners, including legal, tax, financial, and property-management professionals, and is not itself a broker, developer, bank, or law firm.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While NelaZo verifies listings against RERA registration, title records, and builder history where available, we do not guarantee any specific transaction outcome, property valuation, investment return, or timeline. Property purchases carry inherent risk, and you are encouraged to conduct your own independent due diligence in addition to any verification NelaZo provides.
4. Third-Party Partners
Legal, tax (CA), financial, and property-management services referenced on this site are provided by independent, empanelled third parties. NelaZo may facilitate introductions but is not a party to, and is not liable for, the services rendered by these third parties.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using our survey or contact forms, to use the Services only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services.
6. Fees
Browse and Verified user access are free. Paid Advisory is billed as a flat monthly fee as shown on the Pricing page. NelaZo is not paid by the builders whose projects you see. Any additional fees, reimbursements, or promotional offers will be disclosed to you in writing before they apply, and are subject to eligibility criteria communicated at the time of the offer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NelaZo, Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where NelaZo, Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
